Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Onground platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Onground, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Role & Scope

Onground Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Onground”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates a digital marketplace that facilitates sports venue discovery and booking.

Onground does not own, manage, operate, or control any listed venue. All venue services are provided directly by independent venue operators.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• You confirm that you are legally capable of entering a binding agreement
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information
• All activity under your account is your responsibility

Onground reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to venue availability, pricing, and rules set by venue operators.

Payments are processed via third-party payment service providers. Onground is not responsible for payment processing failures beyond its control.

Once confirmed, a booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and the venue. Onground is not a party to this agreement.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

Cancellation and refund policies are determined solely by venue operators.

Onground enforces venue-defined policies without modification and bears no obligation to issue refunds beyond what venues allow.

5. Venue Conduct, Safety & Risk

Users must comply with all venue rules, safety instructions, and local regulations.

Onground shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or disputes occurring at venues. All on-ground risks are assumed by the user.

6. Prohibited Use

• Unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities
• Interference with bookings, pricing, or platform operations
• Harassment of venues, staff, or other users
• Unauthorized access or data extraction

7. Platform Availability

Onground may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, software, and branding are owned by or licensed to Onground. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onground shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Onground’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you through the Platform for the relevant booking.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onground and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or interaction with venues.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
